- Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres - A collective voice for the CCAC's in Ontario, integrating access to care within the health care system.
- Ontario Gerontology Association - Concerned with aging, thereby promoting better quality of life for seniors.
- Canadian Caregiver Coalition - The Canadian Caregiver Coalition provides leadership in identifying and responding to the needs of caregivers in Canada.
- CMHC - Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation - Maintaining senior's independence through home adaptations.
- Health Canada - Provides resources through the Division of Aging and Seniors and the National Advisory Council on Aging. For information on additional services and programs call Government of Canada 1-800-622-6232.
- Ontario Palliative Care Association - The voice for quality end-of-life care in Ontario.
- Hospice Association of Ontario - Canada's largest volunteer hospice organization that represents over 150 community-based volunteer organizations providing hospice care to clients of all ages with multitude of life-threatening terminal illnesses.
- Dementia Advocacy and Support Network (DASN International) - A worldwide non-profit organization by and for those with dementia.
- ONPEA - Working with you, to bring safety, protection and respect to every Ontario Senior. The Ontario Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse (ONPEA) is dedicated to raising awareness of elder abuse and neglect, through public education, professional training, advocacy and service coordination.

- GTA Rehab Network - Made up of publicly-funded hospital and community-based organizations creating an integrated rehabilitation system that provides quality services to patients and families.
